We are currently looking for a Capability Building Manager & HRBP in Karacabey Factory Human Resources team who will be responsible for executing capability building plan for all factory and development plan for key talents, as well as guiding the development and recommending the learning strategies and plans to build capabilities for employees ensuring a Continuous Improvement mindset and to optimize operational effectiveness.
KEY EXPERIENCES
- University degree,
- Minimum 8 years experience in F&B Business environment especially at factory environment
- Strong knowledge about recruitment and onboarding, union relations, performance management, education and training, recognition&reward, compensation&benefit of Global Scale Companies
- Experience in E&T and Capability Building
- Understanding of Factory Environment and execution of People Master Plan for Factory
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic vision and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Knowledge of Success Factors is a plus)
- Excellent command of English is compulsory
- Experience in performance management/people development/coaching
- Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Design development options in line with Training and Learning approach. Coordinate all relevant trainings, coaching, mentoring processes
- Manage E&T Pillar activities. Design and follow-up mandatory&technical trainings
- Execute capability building plan for all factory and development plan for key talents. Responsible for guiding the development and recommending the learning strategies and plans to build capabilities for employees ensuring a Continuous Improvement mindset in order to optimize operational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, causes of performance issues and learning problems
- Develop solutions for learning gaps, improving performance or solving performance problems
- Provide overall guidance to training activities in the area of responsibility
- Plan the capability building for factory with new technical competencies together with LM
- Manage training budget for the factory
- Initiate, follow-up and ensure effectiveness of Onboarding process to make newcomers (whitecollar&bluecollar) well adapted
- Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development
- Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels
- Provide support to implement the People plan. Understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit in collaboration with Local Committees
- Organizations according to the needs of the team in terms of strategic partnership (trainings, mentoring, coaching activities)
- Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices) and tracking actions completed on time with valid justifications
- Perform & improve the recognition and rewarding programs of factory
- Work with C&B to identify the grading for the new organisation
- Collect data of monthly best practices in terms of Safety, Quality and Efficiency
